Philosophy of Care:
As a Family Medicine Physician – I have a special interest in keeping YOU healthy; taking into consideration your personal, medical, family and social history.
I will try to piece together all that has brought you to the where you are today, and ask where you would like to see yourself.
Your physical, spiritual and functional well-being are indicators of your health as much as your weight, pulse and blood pressure.
My ideas and suggestions will be guided by my personal interest in a holistic approach to your well-being. My goal is to see how we can combine our efforts to prevent disease and keep you on a path of wellness.
It really is a partnership, so come prepared to help in the decision making process! Come prepared to make changes; I am going to ask you to make efforts to quit smoking in order to remain a patient of mine as my philosophy is so strong about this. I will help you with this process.
Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions about this.
